By accessing or using Budgy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the App.
Budgy is a personal finance management app intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Budgy.
Budgy offers both free and premium features:
Pricing and feature availability are subject to change. All purchases are final and processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's standard terms.
All content, design, code, and branding within Budgy are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
All financial data you enter into Budgy remains yours. It is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Budgy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The App is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
Financial information displayed in Budgy is based solely on data you manually enter. We make no representations about the accuracy of any calculations or projections.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Budgy, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or any other damages.
Budgy uses Apple's iCloud and App Store services. Your use of these services is governed by Apple's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of Apple or any other third party.
We reserve the right to discontinue Budgy or any of its features at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
